This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard Personal Information you submit or that we collect when you visit www.logicfunnel.org and any related subdomains, landing pages, and applications we own or operate (collectively, the "Website"), or when you use our search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and related professional services (collectively, the "Services").

Depending on where you are located and which entity provides your Services, either LogicFunnel Inc. or LogicFunnel Private Limited (or both) acts as the data controller (the party responsible for deciding how and why your Personal Information is processed). Where we process Personal Information on behalf of a client, for example when delivering SEO or marketing Services on a client's platforms, we act as a processor or service provider, and the client's own privacy notice governs that data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our clients.

• Within LogicFunnel: we may share Personal Information between LogicFunnel Inc. and LogicFunnel Private Limited, and with entities under common control, to deliver and support the Services.

India (DPDP Act, 2023). If you are in India, you may exercise your rights as a Data Principal, including access, correction, completion, updating, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination, by contacting our Grievance Officer (see Section 13). You may also escalate unresolved complaints to the Data Protection Board of India.

United Kingdom and EU (GDPR). If you are in the UK or EU, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

California (CCPA and CPRA) and other United States states. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information. We do not sell or share your Personal Information as those terms are defined under applicable law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for purposes that require an opt out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Mobile and SMS. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. Message and data rates may apply; you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

How to exercise your rights and verification. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity (and an authorized agent's authority) before acting, and we may ask for additional information for this purpose. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where we cannot verify your identity or are not legally required or able to fulfill a request, we will let you know the reason.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Our Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, as no common industry standard for such signals has been established.
